Deep Tissue & Sports Massage
1 hour • $100 Adults * $90 Gold Card Holders and Students
A 60 minute treatment with a focus on particular areas of the body, targeted to individual needs following assessment and consultation with the client.
Home care exercises may be given to help complement the treatment and improve function between appointments.

Relaxation Massage
1 hour • $100 Adults * $90 Gold Card Holders and Students
A more general treatment catered to your needs.

Pregnancy Massage
1 hour • $100 Adults
Massage is carried out for pregnant mums lying on their side, with the use of bolsters and pillows for comfort and safety. Consultation with your midwife can be incorporated if required.

Dry Needling
1 hour • $100 One hour massage treatment + needling
Using fine needles to complement massage treatment, myofascial release, range of movement and strength tests to help relieve pain and discomfort in clients.
Other Options: 30 minutes Dry Needling only, $65
Kinesio Taping
30 minutes • $20 + tape
Assessment of taping required. If the taping is part of a massage appointment the consultation fee is waived, the cost of the tape will be added to the massage treatment
Visceral Manipulation
1 hour • Price Varies. Call to discuss options and make a booking.
VM uses light, specific placement and encouragement with the therapist's hands to assist with the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera and their connective tissues. These gentle manipulations can potentially improve the functioning of individual organs, the systems the organs function within, and the structural integrity of the entire body, including the musculoskeletal system. In my case the organs worked with include the liver, stomach, gall bladder, small and large intestines.
